How do I add Tasks to my Workload?

After creating a Workload for a referral, evaluation, or IEP, head to the Tasks tab to add Task Groups or individual Tasks to your checklist.

We have created pre-made groups with checklists of individual tasks for each Workload type. These groups can be added by clicking the +Add Tasks/Groups button:

Select the applicable Task Group(s):

Click Close and Back at the top of the page to see the checklist of tasks appear.

You can also add individual tasks to any checklist. To add an individual task, click the +Add Tasks/Groups button from the Tasks tab, then toggle to Task. Any task that is part of a group that has already been added will be greyed out.

Click Add Task for as many tasks as needed, then Close and Back.

Don't forget to "Save" before leaving the Workload.
