Change your mind about a custom Task Group or Tasks? You can edit these at any time or archive them so that they no longer show on your list.

First, head into your Tasks. Click the +Add Tasks/Groups button.

To archive or edit a Task Group, make sure Task Group tab is selected. Then, click the Edit button for the Task Group you would like to modify. You can use the filters to find the groups quickly.

Click on the Archive button to "hide" the entire Task Group from view, or click Delete to remove tasks from the group. Make sure to save.

If you change your mind, you can always unarchive the group. Go back into the Task Groups. Click the Show Archived checkbox. Select the Edit button for the group you want to unarchive.

Click Unarchive, then Save and Back.

To archive or edit a Task, start by clicking the Tasks tab. Click the +Add Tasks/Groups button.

Now, select Task and find the task(s) that you want to archive or edit (you can use the filters to quickly find tasks). Next, click the Edit button.

A modal will pop up that will allow you to edit the Task Name and Task Description, or Archive the task. Be sure to save once you're done making changes.

Change your mind and need to unarchive the task(s)? Go back into the Task list. Click the Show Archived checkbox. Select the Edit button for the task you want to unarchive.

From the pop-up modal, now you will click Unarchive. Make sure to save.
