Being within the refund policy window (14 days after purchase) and adhering to usage limits, such as downloading fewer than 25 materials.
Unintentional renewals are eligible for refunds when they are reported promptly, so long as the number of downloads has not been abused.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription and Request a Refund
Follow these steps to cancel your subscription and request a refund:
Log in to Your Account - Navigate to your subscription settings: https://app.slpnow.com/account/settings/subscription
Cancel Your Subscription - Click "cancel" to discontinue auto-renewal. If you canceled before your subscription renewed, then you are all set. If your subscription already renewed and you would like to request a refund, see the next step.
Notify the Support Team - Send a message to the SLP Now support team ([email protected]) informing them of your refund request.
Refund Processing - Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed. - Expect the refunded amount to appear in your account within 5β10 business days.
