If your school district doesn't require you to schedule makeup sessions for certain types of absences, you can now adjust your absence reasons so that the minutes are still counted in your service time totals and you won't see a deficit! Here's how:
1) Head to Custom Absence Reasons in your Settings.
2) Click "Edit" for the absence reason you would like to change.
3) Click the toggle to count the absence reason toward service minute totals, then click "Save."
Now, when you are marking an absence with that reason, the missed minutes will still show as fulfilled on the Caseload page service time totals.
