Click on a student's name on the Caseload page then click the Goals tab.
How to Add a New IEP Period
You can add a new period by entering the IEP End Date and clicking the "Add New IEP Period" button.
When adding a new IEP Period, you will be prompted with the following pop-up:
To update all sessions in the Planner using the new IEP Period and goals that occur after the IEP Period start date, click Update Sessions. If you do not wish to update sessions at this time, click Don't Update. You can always manually pull in the updated IEP Period and goals by deleting the student from a session and re-adding them with the updated IEP Period.
How to Edit an IEP Period
βYou can edit the IEP period by clicking the pencil icon (see screenshot below). Enter a new IEP Start Date and/or IEP End Date in the modal box.
BONUS TIP: You can now quickly pull up your student's Caseload profile when you're in a session in the Planner! Click on their hyperlinked name and a new tab will open where you can easily modify their IEP Period and goals.
