You can create custom absence reasons in your Account Settings.
Simply click Add Absence Reason, then enter the name and code.
Click the Edit button to edit an existing absence reason. You can also designate certain absence reasons to count toward service time totals.
Click the Delete button to remove absence reasons if they aren't in use.
How Do I Use Absence Reasons?
Your list of Absence Reasons will appear in the attendance dropdown menu in each session.
Your Absence Reason code will appear in your attendance printout. Here's an example of a month with one absence reason logged:
