How do I add Therapy Plans to my sessions?

You can quickly add a Therapy Plan to your session by following these steps:

  1. Open a session in the Planner.

  2. Click on the Therapy Plan tab.

  3. Click on the "Attach Plan" button.

  4. Use the filters on the left side to find the Therapy Plan(s) you want to use then click the check mark(s) next to the plan(s) you want to use.

  5. Click the "Attach Selected" button.

  6. You can click Save and Back or Save and Edit to ensure the Therapy Plan saves to "just this session" or in "all future sessions." If you save for "all future sessions" then the Therapy Plan will show in the recurring session until you remove it. (To remove a Therapy Plan from a session, simply click Remove from Session and then save "for all future sessions".)

Bonus Tip: When you have a Therapy Plan attached to your session, you can keep track of the steps you've completed as you go! Just click the check mark next to each step to cross it off. Then save for "all future sessions" so you can pick up where you left off when you open the next session!
