If you no longer use a session type that you used previously, you can now archive it so that it no longer appears in the dropdown when selecting session types. Here's how you can do this:
Head to Custom Session Types in your Settings. Click the "Archive" button next to the session type that you no longer use.
Once you archive a session type, it will no longer appear in the dropdown when selecting session types in the Planner or when setting up service times in your students' Caseload profiles.
Please note that if you have a student who is set up with a session type that you archive, you'll need to change their session type in order for service minutes to be calculated correctly. You'll see "archived" next to the session type under the Service Time column to indicate the changes.
Change your mind about archiving a session? Just head back to your settings and click "unarchive."
