This article explains how to manage the sharing settings for an SLPA.
To view the sharing options, navigate to your settings and click Assistant Accounts from the left sidebar. Select the assistant that you wish to adjust the sharing settings for from the list of assistants.
Under each assistant, you can adjust the following toggles to manage what can be shared.
Below is an explanation of each sharing option:
Allow Planner Access
Enabling this toggle will allow the SLPA to view your Planner. Here's what this looks like from the assistant's account:
The assistant will still manage sessions in their own Planner, but can select their supervisor's view-only Planner from the dropdown. The assistant will not be able to open or edit the supervisor's sessions with just this toggle enabled.
Can Manage Sessions
Enabling this toggle will allow the SLPA to create, edit, and delete sessions on their supervisor's Planner. When the supervising SLP's Planner is selected in an assistant account (as pictured above), the SLPA can open sessions from the SLP's Planner to take notes and attendance. Any changes will automatically show in the supervising SLP's Planner.
Can Manage Assigned Students
Enabling this toggle will allow the SLPA to edit student information and goals for students that have been assigned to them. Disabling the toggle will restrict the SLPA's editing permissions for caseload information.
