Our new built-in intervention planning tools can be used to quickly monitor progress and target goals using evidence-based strategies and materials.
For all SLP Now goals, you can now collect probe data, view and select strategies, and view materials recommendations, all from the same place in the Planner.
To start, please make sure that you are using goals from our goal bank for your students. Click here to learn more about how to do this!
Now that your students have been set up with goals from our goal bank and have been added to sessions in the Planner, please open a session. Under each targeted goal that you have toggled, you will see three new buttons:
1) Probe: Choose the Probe button to quickly collect probe data using our built-in probes and probe visuals. The probe data collection modal will open, and you will have the option to download the corresponding visuals (if applicable) and take data. Simply close the modal once you're finished by clicking "Done." The data will appear in the Probe Accuracy box immediately, and will show as a data point on the graph after "saving."
2) Strategies: Choose the Strategies button to find evidence-based strategies related to the goal you’re targeting. A new modal will open with a list of strategies for you to view. Use the checkmarks to select the strategies you would like to add under the goal for quick reference and "close" the modal when finished. You will see your selections displayed under the goal. If you change your mind, simply reopen the modal and deselect the checkmark(s).
3) Materials: Choose the Materials button to view recommended materials for each goal from SLP Now’s materials library and add them to the goal for quick reference and ease of organization. A modal will open with suggested resources. Simply hover over a material to see a paperclip icon, then click on the material you wish to add. A checkmark will appear to show it has been added. Click on the "x" at the top to close the modal. You will see a link to the material appear under the goal. If you change your mind, simply reopen the modal and deselect the material(s).
