If you have been utilizing the built-in intervention tools in your sessions, you now have the option to print out hard copies and/or generate PDFs that include strategies, probe data, and probe visuals.
From the Caseload tab, select the student(s) you want to generate printouts for. Then, using the Bulk Actions dropdown, choose Print.
Now, select a date range and the information you want to show on your printouts using the checkboxes. The new options include Probes, Probe Visuals, and Strategies. Press the "Go" button.
*Please make sure to select "Details" for the new options to populate.
Here's more about each new option:
Probes - A matrix for each goal stem and stem level, with the probe data you have collected for each date, as well as the probe questions administered.
Probe Visuals - The visual stimuli for each goal stem and stem level, if applicable.
Strategies - The strategies you have selected from our bank of strategies for each goal.
Use your browser menu and click File > Print. (Once your print menu appears, you can choose to print a hard copy or save as a PDF.) Each student's information will print on a separate page.
