Yes! While using the live data collection tool, you can take a quick note without closing the modal. This can be helpful when you need to add information about a student's performance on a goal or any other subjective notes while collecting data.
These "quick notes" will populate in your Data Entry note template when you generate your notes. Read below for more information:
With the live data collection tool open, click the Add Note button.
Type in your note for the selected student. Then you can either return to data collection or generate your note template (which will pull in any data you collected and the quick notes).
If you choose to Generate All Notes, your data and quick notes will appear in your note template when you close the live data collection modal. You’ll still need to click the Back to Data Collection button, then hit Done to close the modal.
