After you've completed your progress notes, you can batch print them.

First, go to your Caseload page.

Click on the square to the left of "First Name" to "Select All" of your students. You can also individually select which students you would like to generate progress reports for.

Click on the "Bulk Actions" dropdown, and select "Print." After selecting print, it will automatically take you to the Print Options page.

From here, you can determine the date range as well as which information you would like to appear on your Progress Reports. To only print the Progress Reports, you must select "Progress Note" in the drop-down and then click "Go".

Hit File > Print (or use the keyboard shortcut Control + P on a PC, Command + P on a Mac). You can print a hard copy or choose the option to save as a PDF.
