You can use an Excel spreadsheet or our CSV template to easily import up to 10 custom goals per student! Here's how:
Input the goals for each student in their own designated columns (one goal per column) on your spreadsheet. Here's an example:
Please be sure that you have an IEP Start Date and an IEP End Date for each of the students in the appropriate columns. This will ensure that the goals appear in the correct IEP Periods!
Now you can follow the steps here to complete your caseload import!
Once your custom goals have been imported, you will need to edit the goals under your students' caseload profiles to add the Baseline Accuracy and Goal Accuracy manually.
Additionally, the "Percentage" Goal Type will be automatically selected when you import your goals, so you may also want to change the Goal Type based on how your goal is written. Check out this article for more information on selecting Goal Types.
