From the Settings page, you can customize the Note Template, Session Type, Time Periods, Absence Reasons, Supports, and Progress Statements. Here's more about customizing these settings:
First, head to Your Settings page. On the left-hand side, you'll see different tabs you can select to navigate through customization settings. Below are descriptions of each.
Custom Note Template: You can change the variables that automatically populate in your note template in the Planner. For example, if you want to use your student's first name rather than their full name, you can delete the variable {student}:
Then, from the Add variable dropdown, select {studentFirst}:

Custom Session Type: You can create custom session types that can be used when scheduling your sessions in the Planner. For example, you may want to create a session type for RTI services. This article will walk you through setting up custom session types.

Custom Progress Statements: You can create custom progress statements to be used when generating progress reports/notes. For example, you may want to specify that a student is making progress toward their goal when given specific cueing. Once you add a custom progress statement, it will appear in the Progress Statement dropdown in the progress reporting modal.
